Acceptance

By joining the official Minecraft server or the official Discord server, you agree to everything outlined in this document.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join and play on this server. This follows the minimum age requirements of Minecraft (Microsoft) and Discord.

By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you own a legitimate Minecraft account.

Accounts

You are fully responsible for your Minecraft account and Discord account.

• Do not share, sell, or give away your accounts.
• Do not attempt to access, use, or log into anyone else's account.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including any rule-breaking done by someone else using it.
• Account sharing or trading may result in punishment (including permanent bans).

Server & Discord Rules

You must follow all server rules at all times while playing on the server or using the Discord. Breaking any rule may result in the following punishments (depending on severity):

Staff have the final say in all rule interpretations and punishments. Claiming you "didn't know the rules" is not a valid excuse.

1. No Exploiting / Cheating

• Using unofficial Minecraft clients, hacks, or any form of cheating to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Includes (but is not limited to): X-ray, fly hacks, kill aura, reach, speed hacks, auto-clickers, and any other unfair modification.
• Abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics (duping, etc.) is not allowed — report bugs to staff instead.
• Using alternate accounts to bypass punishments is forbidden.

2. No Griefing or Stealing

• Do not destroy, modify, or steal from other players' builds or items without clear permission.
• Claiming land does not give you the right to grief nearby builds.
• If you accidentally damage something, fix it or inform the owner/staff.

3. Respect Other Players

• Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
• No racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of hate speech.
• Do not encourage or take part in drama.

4. Chat Rules

• No spamming, flooding, or excessive use of capital letters.
• No advertising other servers or Discord servers.
• Keep language reasonable. Extreme or targeted abuse is not allowed.
• Do not share personal information of other players (doxxing).

5. Building & Land

• Do not build too close to other players' claims without permission.
• Avoid creating lag machines or excessively large redstone contraptions that harm server performance.
• Staff may remove builds that cause lag or break the rules.

6. Staff & Authority

• Listen to and respect staff members. Their decisions are final.
• Do not argue with staff in public chat — use tickets or private messages if you disagree.
• Impersonating staff is not allowed.

7. General

• Use common sense. If something feels like it shouldn't be allowed, it probably isn't.
• Report rule breakers instead of taking revenge.
• Staff reserve the right to punish players as they see fit, even for actions not specifically listed in these rules.

8. PvP Rules

• Follow the server's PvP settings (whether enabled, disabled, or only allowed in certain areas).
• No spawn killing or unfair camping.
• Looting is generally allowed after a fair fight, unless stated otherwise.

9. Alternate Accounts (Alts)

• Using alternate accounts to bypass bans, mutes, or other punishments is strictly forbidden.
• All accounts belonging to the same person may be punished if one account breaks the rules.
• Alts used for farming, AFK, or legitimate purposes may be allowed — ask staff if unsure.

10. Economy & Trading

• Scamming other players is not allowed.
• Honor all trades and agreements.
• Staff are not responsible for bad trades — trade carefully.
• Creating or using duped items is prohibited.

11. Client Modifications & Allowed Mods

• Only approved client modifications are allowed.
• Performance mods (Sodium, Lithium, Iris, etc.) and minimaps are generally fine — check the Mods category if unsure.
• Any mod that gives an unfair advantage is not allowed.
• If you are unsure whether a mod is allowed, ask staff before using it.

Staff Authority

Staff members have the final say in all matters related to the server.

• You must listen to and respect all staff members.
• Staff decisions are final. Arguing with staff in public chat is not allowed.
• If you disagree with a decision, open a ticket or contact staff privately.
• Impersonating staff in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in a severe punishment.
• Staff reserve the right to punish players as they see fit, including actions not specifically listed in the rules.

Abuse or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.

Bans & Appeals

• Temporary bans may be appealed by opening a ticket on Discord.
• Permanent bans are generally final and will only be reviewed in rare cases.
• When appealing, be honest and respectful — lying or being disrespectful will result in your appeal being denied.
• Abusing the appeal system (spamming tickets, making multiple accounts to appeal, etc.) may result in a permanent ban.
• Staff have the final decision on all appeals.

Data & Privacy

By joining and using this server (including the Minecraft server and associated Discord), you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding data collection and privacy:

We may collect and store technical and activity-related data necessary for the operation, security, and moderation of the server. This can include, but is not limited to:

• IP addresses
• Minecraft usernames and UUIDs
• Chat logs (in-game and Discord)
• Discord user IDs, usernames, and message history in server-related channels
• Connection timestamps, playtime, and general activity logs
• Other data generated while interacting with the server or Discord

This information may be stored for moderation, security, ban enforcement, troubleshooting, and server administration purposes. Data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the server and enforce these terms.

We do not sell your personal data. Access to collected data is limited to staff members who need it for legitimate server management reasons.

No Liability

The server is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the server will always be online, stable, free of bugs, or free from data loss.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The server may go offline, restart, experience technical issues, or be permanently shut down at any time, with or without notice.
• World data, player inventories, builds, progress, ranks, or any other in-game items/data may be wiped, rolled back, corrupted, or permanently lost.
• We are not responsible for any loss of progress, items, builds, time spent, or any other form of damage or inconvenience resulting from server downtime, data loss, bans, or any other event.
• You use the server entirely at your own risk.

By continuing to play, you accept that staff and the server owners have no liability for any losses you may experience.

Intellectual Property

All builds, structures, creations, and content made on the server are subject to the following:

• By creating anything on the server (builds, redstone, maps, signs, etc.), you grant the server and its staff a permanent, non-exclusive right to use, modify, display, and keep that content as part of the server world.
• Builds and creations made on the server generally belong to the server/community rather than the individual player. Staff may edit, remove, move, or preserve any build at their discretion.
• You may not claim exclusive ownership of server builds in a way that restricts staff from managing the world.
• Server logos, branding, custom plugins, resource packs, maps, and any other server-created content remain the property of the server owners/staff.
• You are still responsible for not using copyrighted or stolen content (e.g. pasting protected builds from other servers without permission).

If you leave the server or get banned, any builds you created may remain on the server and continue to be used by the community.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

• Updated versions will be posted in the appropriate Discord channel or on the server.
• It is your responsibility to check for changes periodically.
• Continued use of the Minecraft server or Discord after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, you must stop using the server and leave the Discord.

• Open a ticket in the Discord server using the designated support/ticket system
• Message a staff member with the appropriate rank (do not mass-ping or spam)
• Use the designated appeal or contact channels if available
